I like living here. The apartments are nice with great kitchens.

When I am asked what it's like to live at Bailey's Crossing I honestly tell them that it's a wonderful experience. Everyone is very nice to us and we especially love our agent Kenyarda. She always makes us feel comfortable and like we matter. I was a little worried about leaving the Arlington area but so far I do not feel a major difference and we are happy to be here until we buy a house.

I have lived at Bailey's Crossing over 1 year and recently renewed my lease for another year. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are great.

The apartment are worth the money and better than other appartments in the area.

Love living here, gret amount of space for your dog to walk, friendly neighbors and great staff. alwaays williing to make things work in your favor.

I moved in early June, and since my settling in its been great. I have a small baby and I chose this place because of the secure parking garage and the elevators. The leasing agents are wonderful, and treat us as if we have been there friends for forever. The property itself is wonderful, and very quite and kept up. Its a bit pricey but well worth it due to the wonderful ammenities. I would highly recommend this place because I love it!!

Kenyarda Stone is the reason I selected this Apartment. From the moment I walked in the rental office she was nothing but professional. She really does add flare and commitment to her job. I can tell that she loves Baileys Crossings. Because of her when my friends tell me they are interested in moving, your complex is the only place I tell them about. It is beautiful here. There is not enough that I can say about Kenyarda Stone. Sure I am paying more than I desired but I could not, no, make that would not walk away after meeting with her. She is A++ in my book and a great asset to your company. I look forward to many years of happiness here and would love to see her stay with the property.

High end apartments with nice finishes. Great kitchens wih granite countertops and islands. The undground gated garage and access controlled buildings are nice. The common areas are very well kept, well lit and pet friendly. The have a nice gym, pool and community room. The staff is helpful and they have community parties throughout the year. The rent is a little high, but considering the amenities and proximity to D.C., it is expected.

It's a very upscale apartment complex that caters to the busy professional. The apartments are generally somewhat small and the rents are a bit high, but the newness of the complex makes me feel like I'm getting my money's worth. If the facilities get run-down or if neighbor noise is an issue, then the complex might become just like all the other places in the Arlington/Alexandria area. But for now, it's really nice.

Overall, the experience is excellent, with nicely appointed apartments and good amenities. However, the amenities fee is excssive compared to other properties that often waive such fees. Same goes for parking...adding on a parking fee would erode the value of living here. I appreciate the friendliness and efficiency of the staff here - they are always friendly and attentive. They are great asset, and I would encourage corporate management to recognize the local property manager and her staff for their excellence.
